Question for people who love to cook

I also luv my knives. I want a good end grain cutting board and a good set of measuring cups and spoons.

Depends what I am cooking.
I really love my kitchen. And everything in it.

I don’t really have cooking tools that are my favorite...well, I guess it depends on what I’m making actually. I really love using rubber spatulas, you can use them for so much more than people realize. I also love our new nonstick pans we’ve gotten, they’re beautiful and making cooking so easy. I think I have more favorite seasonings I enjoy using rather than favorite tools though.

My two non-stick pans, my stainless copper bottom Revere Ware, my wire whisk, and my good knives that I use to cook all meals from scratch.

A good fine mesh strainer, a good cast iron pan... Some medium quality knives with a decent sharpener...a brain and a sense of adventure ;)

A nice cookwear set
I have a nonstick set but I also have a few stainless steel pots and pans.
What I miss is using cast iron but I can’t use it one a glass cooktop

A nice set of sharp knives and wooden spoons for stirring

My heavy cast iron pans. Treated properly, they are the best non stick pans, hold the heat and are the best you can get. Dont buy the cheap thin ones, get the heavy ones if you do.
