@SailorMarz I would go nuts cooking without:
- at least one GOOD knife, chef knife or maybe something a little smaller
- a cutting board
- a cast iron pan
- a non-stick omelette pan
- a couple sizes of pots
With those you can make most decent foods. That said I also love my stand mixer, vitamix, and food processor which are all used pretty regularly. As well as counltess other things.
