What do you think about drug screening of employees?

I used to do it for a job so I was glad it paid my wages. I think there's a place for it as long as it's backed by a good policy.

It's a good idea, especially for jobs where people's lives are at stake, like medical

I think they should because drugs are for idiots

I don't have a problem with it if it is for gaining employment or when they do it for investigation into an on the job accident...but doing it periodically and randomly especially when someone has worked for them a long time and haven't showed any signs of behavior that would warrant them to be tested is a bit ridiculous in my opinion.
