@veridane79 I think there are some social rules or common sense usually people use in those cases. Maybe visiting a party or going out more where people actually want to socialize or come there for a purpose seems more reasonable.

@veridane79 It's like going to a gym and looking for love, sure it can happen. But most people don't go to a gym looking for love. The main purpose is to exercise. If you go to a party where socializing is the main piece of the party, as well as drinking and dancing, then that environment seems more likely to be appropriate.

I wouldn't stop a stranger just to tell her she was cute in the first place for the simple reason that I'm not shallow and if I really thought she was cute I'd want to watch for awhile and see if she does anything interesting like pick up an interesting book and then maybe approach about the book.
