If you were wrongfully put into an insane asylum, how would you convince them that you’re actually sane and not just pretending to be sane?

Playing along with therapy getting contact with the outside, finding out what or who framed me, fake whatever symptoms the doctor is expecting and wait for the person on the outside to help solve the mystery while gradually cutting down on the acting as being "healed".

But if you ask any patient there they are all wrongfully there just like all prisoners serving life will tell you they are innocent
