Not one of the couples I knew was shallow.
Their outer shape had nothing to do with why there were together.
Each couple had personalities that were complimentary matches.
We were all artists and we hung around together due to shared interests.
But there are people who have a particular preference for fat. Often it's cultural, as for instance among Middle Easterners and Africans.
If there is such a preference, the choice for a fat partner could be just as shallow as a choice based on any other appearance.

Well opposites attract..
Different men like different kids of woman..
If every man in history refused to pair with big woman then the genetics for Big woman would have become extinct hundreds of generations ago and there would be no big woman today.. The fact that Big woman exists points to the conclusion that a fair number of men don't mind pairing with big woman..
Often a man will be attracted to a woman because of many qualities she has other then size.. Pairing with a woman is about assessing the entire package rather then simply looking at only one facet of her makeup.
