If someone is interested in you they will respond, if not, move on and keep looking
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@justanothername I guess he got scared that I wanted a serious relationship.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@MissLlyn Maybe. I find it best not to get too tied up wondering why someone won’t reply. Just keep moving until you find someone. Try to arrange an actual face to face meeting with some one if you get chatting for long enough. Just remember online dating is a very tricky business and you are more likely to be disappointed regularly.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@MissLlyn don’t waist brain cycles trying to figure it out just move on.

Give it time he could be doing something
Nutshell29 · 26-30, F
Work can interfere with socializing @MissLlyn
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@Nutshell29 I'll give it another week then hes really ghosting.
Nutshell29 · 26-30, F
I've been ghosted for two weeks now I don't know why@MissLlyn
KandyKane2019 · 31-35, F
Ignore! If he was interested he would have wrote back by now
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@KandyKane2019 true, may do.
justanothername · 51-55, M
I’ll go with the not interested answer behind door number 2

He might be interested... but when they disappear like that after finding out you was lookin for friendship could very well mean he isnt lookin for friendship but sex instead... i'd wait a day and see if he responds, if not, move on
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@Tminus6453 I just figured he found another girl or doesnt want a serious relationship. unsure

He dropped u. Move on
hami1091 · 41-45, F
It's been 10 days he's likely not going to respond for whatever reason. If it were me I likely wouldn't contact him again but if I did I'd only reach out once more.
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@hami1091 I suppose : ( what should I say?
hami1091 · 41-45, F
@MissLlyn You could just ask him how things are. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe something happened and he couldn't respond that would allow for an opener.
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@hami1091 right. just asked if hes ok. not a big deal if he moved on
I’d give it time. Could be sleeping, working, driving. 🤷🏻‍♂️
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@PrinceArthas Its been 9 days, kind of odd we would talk a lot and he seemed interested.

usually if I'm busy I let people know.
Maybe he’s like me and gets super nervous? My fear is having nothing to talk about. Maybe try bringing up a new subject? @MissLlyn
76starships · 46-50, M
Seems like a decent start. Hopefully he’ll keep up the conversation.
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@76starships oh we talked more before this was the only screen cap I took to see if I said something wrong
caccoon · 36-40
If he doesn't reply, move on. Doesn't seem like you've been talking long?
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@caccoon since Sept 15th
caccoon · 36-40
@MissLlyn It's your call. I'd say he's probably deliberately not replying. And even if it wasn't deliberate... clearly it slipped his mind, so it wasn't that important to him.
PirateMonkeyCabinet · 36-40, M
I just noticed the date on that. September 29? That is quite some time ago. Might be worth giving it one more prod (maybe something big happened and it fell on the back burner), but if not might be time to move on.
MissLlyn · 26-30, F
@PirateMonkeyCabinet about 9 days. it just odd to me that we talked then..poof
PirateMonkeyCabinet · 36-40, M
@MissLlyn There is always that very slim chance that something really big and really bad happened in his life which he's dealing with (someone died? car accident?), which might have prompted him to maybe forget to answer. Not gonna lie, sounds like he's decided to just move on. However, my suggestion to give it one more prod is for the benefit of the doubt... not gonna lie, it does sound much more likely that he has moved on.
