No weird fetish or urge to send overly revealing photos of body parts is a good thing. You can always feel grateful if you realize things can always be worse.
For instance, I'm an old lady with an inflamed bladder, tricky bowels, and I have to share a bathroom with two roommates (plus a girlfriend of one of them on weekends). On the other hand, I've read that 60% of the people in India have NEVER used a toilet (of any kind.
