Anxiety

My girlfriend and I both have anxiety and go to the same college. We are both going to counseling. Can our relationship work even if we have anxiety? Any advice?

You are both at high risk for life triggers. You will trigger each other and people in your life will two.

1. Forgive all the situations and people that have hurt you.
2. Know you're fears in life, such as rejection, been alone. Then you can be aware what will trigger you to react and protect you.
3. Get into hobbies that build up your self-worth and self-validation.
4. Great that you are getting support, how has this helped so far.

That you both suffer, can help or be a deterrent to you both.

Have you tried to meditate each day, this will help you to control those mind thoughts that trap you in, that trap you to talk you down or dwell on old hurts. Our mind thoughts can be our enemy or best friend. On YouTube are many healing music meditation to listen to, try a few, such as Relax River or Numeditation.

Good luck, get better you deserve the best for you.

Yeah, maybe. You can probably understand each other better than most people since you share the same condition. Maybe try to find a way to support one another, like one of you can be supportive to the other while they're experiencing anxiety?
people deal with, and overcome anxiety every day. sometimes, it takes meds. you will be fine. just learn methods that help you cope better.
