I've re-delivered a few over the years. I would hope someone would do the same for me.

Had that happen repeatedly when first moving in, kept delivering it to the rightful owner. Now, I just text the owner of the package and they stop by and pick it up.

Yes its usually for the houses on either side of me. Only a couple times, I just put it on their porch

I tell them to stop buying from amazon

I would, and have, taken parcel deliveries to the correct address. If I'd mistakenly opened it, I'd tape a note of explanation to the package.

I would deliver it. For two years, I used to work phone customer service at the corporate office of Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and we had many people call in, looking for their packages just before Christmas.

The sad thing was that we would find the signature of the office manager in the apartment building where the package was left on the UPS signature sheet, or a scribbled undecipherable mess of a signature, from someone who planned to keep the package.

We had to re-ship a LOT of packages because the first ones were misdelivered.

I deliver parcels that come to me if the correct recipient isn't too far away. Usually they're just a block away or next door.

I always take it to whom it is meant for. I would hope my neighbors would do the same for us.

I have had that happen with UPS deliveries. I always deliver it.

I’d put it on our mail desk with a note to the carrier. There’s no way I’d keep it.

Deliver it and explain what happened so hopefully the person can get some of their money back for the cost of shipping.

I used to deliver it but now I call so that the supervisor is aware the person can’t read numbers or street names.
