Have you ever observed some sort of accident scene?

Heard the tires, then the boom. Many times over my life. It's sickening, unmistakable.

My friend was hit by a large Cadillac when we were 7, riding our bikes. I was oblivious till I heard the roar of rubber on asphalt. Then the bang.
He'd been 2 seconds behind me as we cut across a busy road.

We were warned to look twice.

My last memory was the woman on her porch with her hands over her mouth, the first fire truck appearing in the distance.
And this child's mind trying to assimilate the scene before him, wondering why his friend lay so still.

I've blanked the rest to this day.

Tangled in the wreckage of his bicycle, windshield shattered from the head blow, unconscious; he'd be lucky if he lived.
But 2 weeks later my friend was standing at my door, asking me to come out and play.

Yes, 2 of them. One happened about 12 years ago. We were driving home & at a stop light. In front of us was a guy on a motorcycle & his GF behind him. She was looking at her cell phone while at the light. Once the light turned green, she must not have been holding onto him tight enough because after 30 ft, she fell off the bike, & he didn’t stop until 100 ft later. It’s a good thing it was still light outside, & the road wasn’t too busy.

The 2nd was in Toronto. It was after 7pm & dark. I was driving along a main road, when I on the opposite lane, a van suddenly veered off to the right & drove into a ditch.

Seen two and been involved in another two..

Then i was a little kid i was in my uncles car.. He was a pet shop owner and was traveling down the coast to a place that bread colourful fish to buy some for his shop.. It would have been about 1:00am.. I was in the front seat and in front of me i saw a car coming towards us come across the lanes into the oncoming traffic..

My uncle stopped and told us to stay in the car and don't look.. A guy had fallen asleep at the wheel and had a head on collision with another Car.. The woman in the other car seemed alright but the guy's car was like a compressed ball and he was in a bad way trapped inside..

I did not see the woman get out of her car because she was on the other side of the compressed wreck.. But my uncle told me a few years later that she got out of her car and walked towards him saying she was ok.. Just as she said she was ok she collapsed on the side of the road dead..

The guy in the compressed wreck was later freed by the guys with their hydraulic cutters and was taken to hospital in a critical condition.. But he survived..

Yes same.
I was once at a traffic light behind this car, that sped off when the lights turned green, but by the time I got to the line the lights were red again and I had to stop.
When they finally turned green I went on my way, and at some distance I saw the same car upside down in the middle of the road with the wheels still spinning and some smoke 💀💀💀
I know I could've been part of that accident and that's a scary thought.

More than a few. I was a trucker for 26 years

I have seen few of them over the years. One happened few months ago they blocked both sides of the street had to take an alternate route. They had couple police cars blocking the street. It was a block from the crash site. I’m pretty sure it was a deadly crash.

Managed dislocations and fractures

I’ve driven past 2 fatal ones, one of them was on top of the west gate bridge. The other one involved a B double with containers on the trailers, rolled over and crushed 2 cars with more than two people crushed inside.

I remember seeing a vehicle on fire during a road trip when I was around 11. I could barely see the vehicle; it was completely engulfed in orange flames. I can still see the image in my head.

Yes loads. One that stays with me was seeing a deceased child pulled out of the water after they’d drowned. People were playing all around and no one had noticed him go under.

Yeah, earlier today there was a wrecked car on the side of the highway. I think a kangaroo jumped out in front of it. Its a common sight.

Most of the time I'm in it.😳 Not recently thankfully. And I always offer up a quick thank you Jesus whenever I have a near miss.

Yeah, saw a group of antifa run a trump supporter off the road

I saw four upside down cars in a row. They fell down a steep hill due to the icy conditions.

Yes. A few. None where anyone was seriously injured, thankfully .

Not quite that bad but yeah. A few times.
