4.4 Quake in the Upper Swansea Valley my family lived there up and till the 1930s there was a family house there detached with a large plot of land I dream of it and the area just outside Ystradgynlais I was in Newport when the quake happened and Newport rocked how lucky we are in this country not having large quakes.
The earthquake was centred in Cwmllynfell right by where I live. Most of my family felt it. I didn’t. I was shopping in Tesco! The one before my sister felt. She was sleeping in the top bunk. But I slept through it! We have loads of little earthquakes here and I missed every one!
