I Thought Of You Today

You were there in my dream last night. I remember it so vividly.. laughing, asking you about a word, some game or don't know if it was a real fight we were in, running and hiding and still managing to crack jokes.
I know things can't ever go back the way they were. I know it's my own memories making up that dream, but i want to thank you for the dream. I felt close to you, (like the way our friendship was), meeting you again, seeing you again.
You're not always in my thoughts, but on certain days like this, you are.
