I Dear Diary
Yay for small victories.
Day 19 in my cycle. Although I DID cry and get a little sick this morning it was mild compared to yesterday and mild compared to where I am normally at this point *which would be sobbing uncontrollably in bed for days* but not today! Today I got up like an adult. Called my ESS person to make an appointment, got my notes ready for the Doctor cuz I'm demanding help bitches. No more Mrs nice girl-I am going in armed with my info-now send me for all the tests!
sitting down to have a few puffs and some food, and instead of feeling crippling depressed I feel proud of the baby steps I took today that will help me down the road, and it's still morning-this is just the beginning *cheers* friends.
