schools kill creativity?

I'm a "books, pen and paper" type of person so no. Creative minds do need other outlets to let out such talents which schools dont really cater for..

I don't think it is our schools that kill our dream job's. But it is the real world that kills it. Like he said about the girl that had a learning problem. They took her to a dance class and her life took off from there. That doesn't just happen with everyone

yep; school/college teaches you to conform to established ways of thinking
