I Am Changing My Life

I need a direction. I see my future self different than my present one. I see a future with a healthy relationship, body, and soul.

Healing is a big part of my present. I would rush it if possible. I look back and see how far I have come. I am different person. I am unrecognizable.

The parts of me I will carry into my new life. I will keep my empathetic heart and sense of humor. I will leave behind my self loathing and destructive behaviors.

Today is another chance to begin my future. I hear one day at a time over and over. Today is one day. One day closer to my future self.
