I think it is the child in B who is the kidnapper. The child has just told the baseball player that her hot mom wants to meet him under the grandstand to get his autograph. She is pulling him toward the spot where he will be knocked on the head, kindnapped, and held for ransom.

My guess would be c. The man has the other hand free and is not looking towards the child but looking around.

Not really. But, the child in B looks hesitant.

I'd guess "B", the child appears to be held by the wrist, not the hand.
