A wooded piece of property that is private and secluded but not necessarily remote and isolated. We'd build a modern one story home that still has a touch of the rustic/country charm. It would be big enough to meet our needs and desires yet not too big to manage. Our home would also have a heated indoor swimming pool that we could use and enjoy year round as well as a hot tub. Maybe one day we'll see our dream become a reality.

I had that sort of property once, with the ex. Wooded lot, not remote or isolated, but private and secluded. The house was already built, and because of the hill expansion was not possible...but you are right, being in a place like that daily provides the opportunity for walks in peaceful nature...and privacy when you need it.
