You know what would help? Next time someone comes at you with SSSNN ("So and So Said" News Network), tell them cool, let us go and talk to so and so about it. I guarantee they stop coming to you with nonsense.

These books made a major difference in my work life when I started taking action against trouble makers at work. They found out real fast I was going to defend myself actively and they took their little games elsewhere. Finally got some peace. Don't know why I didn't buy them earlier.
