I made mine up outta nowhere, my original username was ThunderChick, which I chose because a chick is a young woman and I'm thundering, so I'm a thunderous chick. I decided to change it though cos everyone thought I meant "chick" as in a baby chicken, and they thought I was trying to emulate Pokemon or something. I made up "BlueMetalChick" from nowhere in particular, but then months later I fabricated a bogus story about it being a reference to the bluing of steel used in manufacturing guns, so that it would sound deep and meaningful.

I liked the way bunny and discombobulated bounced together phonetically.

I made it up from a tune by Steppenwolf called "Earschplittenloudenboomer", and I changed the first half of that to give it a spanking theme. I made it up to register with EP because all my other online pseudonyms had already been hijacked by other members. I had to think of something that nobody else had already used, and this name didn't exist anywhere on the Internet until I started using it.
