If you're buying something embarrassing at the drug store (like a enema), just ask for a gift receipt so they won't think its for you.

@LucyFuhr Nothing says "happy birthday" like an enema. Be sure to pick up some sleeping pills and some zip ties while you are at it.

... I'd think giving one (or being thought to give one) as a gift would be far more embarrassing.
