I called my old friend H. Ross Perot who is in Lincoln Park, after dark no less! for an All American Reject fundraiser as the band has been rejected in American a lot recently.

He said the second is right as it refers to the "giant sucking sound" he spoke of in 1992.

An acquaintance was doing some work for a major American company. He was running over budget so the Americans suggested he hire some Mexicans because they work cheap. He found some and hired them then sent his bill in to the big company. The major company then asked him why the invoice was so high. He explained that this is Canada and we have strict laws regarding paying people and just because the Mexican workers were new to Canada they could not be exploited and paid less than Canadians.

@BlueMetalChick Yeah sure. I live in Alberta and the exodus of capital is stunning. Then there is Quebec which just sunk billions into a company that gave the farm away to a European company to build airplanes in the US. Don't get me started on the fact that Ontario has priced itself out of the manufacturing market with its exorbitant energy costs. Add to that the fact that the small business person is paying 42% income tax and it is about to go up.

@hippyjoe1955 Yeah, I WISH those airplanes being built in the US weren't worth money but they need something to sell to the Muslim terrorists. America is arming them to the teeth while simultaneously pretending not to like them. That's plenty of business for you though.

I also wanna know how someone "steals a job" that doesn't belong to you. Unless someone physically ambushes you, steals your identity and goes to your workplace, they didn't steal shit as you weren't hired in the first place.

All this of course inb4 I get into "down with the state", "no borders", "no nation-states", etc. lol
