I Exercise Regularly

I’ve found that the only way I can ease my sciatic nerve pain is if I exercise 🏋️‍♀️

I sprained my foot a while ago, but I think it’s healed enough for me to start walking regularly. You’re right, walking offers so many health benefits @CoffeeFirst

@Effloresce The doctor gave me stretching exercises but I have not done them. Shame on me. It seems to be getting better with time. Hope you feel better quickly!
