I am working out and dieting

I am at my heaviest weight ever at 230 lbs! So I started using my elliptical again for a minimum of 5 minutes and then some and lifting 3 lb weights to work my upper body! 3 sets of 30! These are just baby steps every day, and by counting my calories on my fitness pal app that I have on my phone. This is just the beginning. I would like to increase using the elliptical up to 20 minutes every day and watch my calorie intake until I reach my goal of 125 lbs! Wish me luck!

Cut out all sodas and breads sugars and processed foods, and the weight will fall off trust me! Good luck!

@saintsong Working for me. Every friend I have that has done this also cutting dairy and any potato has lost continuous weight; adding exercise like you have has them ( male and Female ) getting back to high school and college weights staving off that blood sugar crap!
