I am working out and dieting
I am at my heaviest weight ever at 230 lbs! So I started using my elliptical again for a minimum of 5 minutes and then some and lifting 3 lb weights to work my upper body! 3 sets of 30! These are just baby steps every day, and by counting my calories on my fitness pal app that I have on my phone. This is just the beginning. I would like to increase using the elliptical up to 20 minutes every day and watch my calorie intake until I reach my goal of 125 lbs! Wish me luck!
