Never, as a financial counsellor all creditors have to call me, when I work with a client in debt. Amazing how the creditor backs off when they have to deal with a financial counsellor. Do not make threat or demands as this will get you nowhere

Typically, before it's due to remind him, when it falls due and consistently thereafter when it is overdue. Remember to record all conversations

If I must call them to pay their debt then is probably best to give them unexpected visit Instead😉

@LeaDhelani Makes sense. Not only can they allege trespassing, they can also allege physical and verbal assault and threat to life. Nice idea, tell me how it goes for you 😉

@Nomad7 In my logic, I assumed it would be a friend! Someone I know, I also know that they can avoid my calls or give me excuses on the phone! Letting them know that I was just in the neighborhood and my phone is flat and thought I will just drop in. I wasn't suggesting an angry visit by any means. And yes it has worked for me before!
"I went to visit a friend to chill but they didn't have speakers. I love my sound so I took mine ( expensive) and we had a good night catching up drinking, eating and hanging out. When ihad enough I went home and left it there and meant to grab it next day as she was staying up and continuing to party. Anyway for the following 5 days, I asked for my speakers back and mostly was ignored or told they are busy, not home etc, then one day she messaged me that she just woke up but she is busy and maybe later. I ran straight to her house and knocked at her door. She didn't answer but knew she was home . I knocked and knocked and eventually told her at the door that I know she is in there and to give my speakers back or I am calling the cops right now..needless to say, she opened the door, threw the speakers at me, called me few names. I picked up my speakers went home and blocked her! Haven't spoken to her ever since and no love lost"!
