I am glad you have that username - it saves me some typing.

Like my husband’s mom. She’s a huge hoarder. She is so embarrassed about it that she keeps the garage locked so no one can see how much stuff she keeps in the room there. You can’t even get in the room. I mean you barely make your way to the closet. And stuff is piled so high it’s stacked nearly as high as I am tall.

But i just have a mild case 😬

Hoarding is a sickness..the hoarder has to decide to get rid of the junk, or a no-go!
