During summer it doesn't get dark at all, the sun stays in the sky all day and all night so that's a nightmare and a half.
During winter it's hard to say when it gets dark, as we only have a few hours of partial daylight. The sun never comes up, it just sometimes gets close enough for the sky to become blue.
