I don't know the name but there was a gang of preteen and early teen kids torturing a tourist couple in the forest. I had to turn it off, actually. It was really disturbing and disgusting.

@Longpatrol No. It was something newer and looked low budget. My guess is it was a German horror film, but I'm not sure. The sole purpose of the movie was to shock and disturb. I don't know this since I turned it off but it wouldn't surprise me if 70% of the movie were only bloody, violent scenes full of screams.
