Can you be overweight with only muscle? Lol
You know how when someone says "overweight" they usually refer to it just being fat...but can you be called overweight if you have a lot of muscle?

@Synyster I think body fat percentage is a better measure, but there's a lot of variation with that as well. Some thin people are unhealthy and some fat people are very healthy. By any standard, this woman is overweight and obviously in great shape.

Yes. Big bone, muscular hunks are ofter characterized as overweight per standard measures, although they really aren't.
The problem is with the standard measures that don't account for a lot of things besides height and weight, and not with the person.

Yes, if you are exercising a lot or doing a lot of physical work when you are dieting your muscles will increase in weight while you lose body fat, you won’t think you are losing that much weight but your body will get toned and trim.

Yes, I knew a guy that got turned down for life insurance back in 2004 because he was considered overweight, even though he was an amateur bodybuilder and looked like a mini version of Ahnuld during his prime.
