When you call customer service about something and they ask the questions first

I've dealt with customer service before and they asked questions in a way that made it sound like I was trying to pull a fast one and rip them off...our Walmart here is famous for that (treating you like you're some kind of criminal).

That is the way they are trained to ware you down. Asking you the same questions over and over. They have to complete so many calls an hour.

I've been customer service. I'll repeat myself even if they admit they just weren't paying attention.
