can Water go bad ? , like in storage too long or something

It can't go "bad" but it can get stale, yes. Drinking stale water can't hurt you so long as it isn't contaminated. It just tastes a little funky.

@BlueMetalChick Funky Water , at IGA it tastes like metal pipes , i think i'm the only one that uses the water fountain , they usually have it blocked by some huge sign , yeah they want you to buy the stuff

Not really "bad" per se; at best it takes on the taste of the plastic it's in, at worst it takes on the taste of everything else in the vicinity. Especially smoke and dust.

It's still water; I just wouldn't serve it to your guests LOL
