If the surgeon turned the man's penis inside out , and made it so that I could not tell that it was new plumbing, and his voice was a sweet as a woman's, and his demeanor was womanly, and everything else including that big adam's apple and those gnarly hands was reconfigured to the point that I couldn't tell, then yes! I don't think there is a surgeon on earth that could do that though.
