I've done that a few times and say I'm going to make up for it later only for it to be too damn hot to do any running. But hopefully it's not too hot for you later. Good luck!

hi Ellen
Me too!
Running is a daily necessity or I have some explaining to do to myself.
I am in training so it is a fascinating meta project to get faster. I love 13mph territory.
Best wishes

how far do you go? i used to love to run but i just can't get into to it anymore..... how do u motivate urself?
Ellen · 46-50, F
@NiftyWhite I'm running between 3 and 5 with a long run once a week of around 10 miles right now. I am almost always motivated to run. It's tough..like today..when I don't. I think it's partly psychological but also physical. I just feel so much better afterwards. I also enjoy being out alone with my thoughts very early in the morning. On the weekends I have company for my long runs, which is enjoyable as well.

Hope you made it. I don't think I've ever regretted going for a run....
