@Thevy29 Blue balls only occur when you're erect for an unnaturally long period of time such as while edging yourself or being edged. You won't get blue balls just from practicing celibacy. But even if you do get blue balls, as unlikely as that may be, you don't need to ejaculate to get rid of it. Blue balls disappears on its own as blood flows away from the scrotum once relaxed. As for the rewards of semen retention, keep an eye on my posts :)
