@UnparalleledMonster: I agree. Animal abuse laws just became a felony a few years ago but it's not implemented in the least. Irony since studies shows that a large portion of people (I forgot the percent but it was like over half) ranging from minor things like petty theft to more extreme cases in jail also have animal abuse records. I don't trust people who don't like animals. I think that's a sign of an asshole.

My only issue is if the mother doesn't want the baby (no health issues or danger) and the father does. Why does she get to abort the kid instead of him getting the kid if she doesn't want the kid?

A wealthy woman who seeks In vitro Fertilization - pays thousands of dollars to (fertility clinics) [b]fertilize dozens of eggs[/b] and picks the most "viable ones" while discarding other fertilized eggs = GOOD
The young woman terminates one fertilized embro.
The wealthy woman terminates countless fertilized embryos.
The only difference is the wealthy woman terminates multiple "babies" (while being praised) while the young woman is shamed and without proper medical care.

Some people are pro life and the only way you can convince them abortion is right is if you can convince them that the baby is a parasite and your morally subjective definition of the starting point of life is more better than their morally subjective definition of the starting point of life.
