@Jackjjacksonjr: Because many pro-choice people don't care about the fathers rights, it's all about her controlling her own body. Of course they never want to talk about controlling it when she does what she does to get pregnant.

@Jackjjacksonjr: I agree completely. Women don't make babies by themselves. And the reverse is not fair either. What if the woman wants the baby and the man doesn't. she can take him to court and make him pay for something he doesn't want. Seems she gets to make all the decisions in this and it doesn't seem fair. I'm not advocating, not do I approve of a man getting a woman pregnant and leaving her holding the bag but there needs to be some EQUALITY here.

Legal abortions keep dead women's bodies out of back allies and their own bathrooms from bleeding to death from a wire coat hanger or other device or some corrosive chemical. Are you going to prosecute her after she is dead ?

Why should a woman be forced to carry a baby that, for what ever reason, she doesn't want. Subjected to scrutinized behavior to make sure that she is doing everything correctly determined by who? And then be subjected to prosecution if she doesn't dot every I and cross every T. That, is forced slavery.

I would agree in cases where that woman was impregnated against her will. A medical professional would obviously monitor the pregnancy.

I agree with you "IF" after she delivers a "CHILD". YOU cannot OWN a woman's body. The Supreme Court wont allow you to do that.

(Hypothetical) If she slipped away from the, ever watchful eyes, jumped out a window, hanged or poisoned herself, committed suicide, who would you blame ?
