In my learned experience and opinion, this was no fault of the Russians. Like most “happenings here”, it is an internally contrived event. It is so obvious to me like the Dominion affair. Even if it was an attack, there are work arounds and procedures in place to not disrupt production. To believe otherwise is very ignorant and foolish.
