Nobody is "crying" because of this. Anyone who isn't stupid knew Trump wouldn't be found guilty of committing "collusion with Russia" or "treason" or "being Putin's puppet." You wanna nail Trump on an impeachable offense, he's committed at least a half dozen of them. But the opposition party isn't going to follow those leads because most of them are guilty of the same crimes, and if they chase down Trump and succeed, then they've set a precedent, and they can't get away with the same shit either.
