Nepotism in the WH? Surely not!
After resubmitting the same security doc over thirty times due to presumably a lack of memory, Jarad Kushner was denied a security clearance that allows him to read sensitive items and partake in sensitive meetings pertaining to national security. Now all those who have had such clearances and know about such things say that the reason they get denied (Often after over a year of looking into someone's background) is because there's some skeleton (Financial, drugs, extra marital affairs etc) that could be used to blackmail and otherwise compromise the applicant.
And as Kushner has several financial ties to foreign countries it stands to reason that could be a reason to apply pressure if anyone had nefarious intent to use certain information to get what they want.
The CIA still won't let Kushner be involved in briefings or get issued docs. However, it seems despite his father in law and wife denying he got special treatment, the advice from the very people who oversee these things was overruled by yes, his father in law. The legal aspect isn't in doubt (The POTUS can do that), the potential danger to national security is though. Still, I'm sure no foreign government would try to use young Jarad's business dealings to get what they wanted would they?
