Which country had the best racism?

According to Trevor Noah, South Africa had the best racism of all 🤣

Here in Italy people call you names depending on which other part of Italy you come from. E.g. we in the north are called 'Polentoni' (polenta-eaters) by those in the south. Those in the south are called 'Terroni' (bound to the earth) by those in the north. For the Swiss, all the Italians are 'terroni'. And then aside from these two nation-wide terms there's also a plethora of local variants. For instance, anyone who lives more than even just 2km away from the coast is automatically a 'Ranaro' (frogs eater) here 🙈

@Elessar 🤣 Damn that's a bit too complex... Italy needs a simpler racism 🤣

@Dewms It's mostly used for joking, and we take such words very lightheartedly generally. Unless told by a (hostile) stranger or in support of an act of hate, of course.

@iMystery It's actually quite simple. All you need to know is if they come from your north or your south and if they live off the coast xD
@Elessar I see, so it should be taken lightly? lol

Ireland comes to mind, until we joined the EU there was really only white Irish people living in Ireland. Things of course have changed and we are now a multicultural society.

However, there's a lot of inbred racism amongst many Irish, they hate anyone who's different and anyone who isn't white Irish.

It's the one thing that I really hate about my country. However, I think this small minded horrible thinking happens everywhere for different reasons.

From what I've seen on the internet I believe there are a lot of racists in Australia. (I don't want to elaborate on this)

From what I know South Africa is

@iMystery lol, thank you! 🤭💗
India and Jordan are statistically the two most racist countries in the world, but sometimes I think there's a kind of 'culture rivalry' that gets interpreted as racism. There are different types of bigotry, and bigotry is not the same as racism. I think the caste system comes into play in some other countries too. Then you have the element of perspective. In the US, for example progressives see racists behind every bush every waking hour, and believe that people in the deep south are automatically predominantly 'racist'. I live in the deepest south and I have seen more mixed marriages and less racism here than anywhere I've been out west or up north where there is a much higher concentration of 'progressives' or whatever we are calling them these days.

@SW-User I agree that his jokes now do not hit home like it used to... I guess he is now targeting a different market.
South Africa, australia, usa come to mind

@InOtterWords I can only hope that filters out as new younger, more educated and tolerant generations are born.
@iMystery the majority of people there are immigrants, but white immigrants. Non-white immigrants are seen as outsiders

@InOtterWords 🤦‍♂️... sounds like the same case in USA 👀
