Which country had the best racism?

India and Jordan are statistically the two most racist countries in the world, but sometimes I think there's a kind of 'culture rivalry' that gets interpreted as racism. There are different types of bigotry, and bigotry is not the same as racism. I think the caste system comes into play in some other countries too. Then you have the element of perspective. In the US, for example progressives see racists behind every bush every waking hour, and believe that people in the deep south are automatically predominantly 'racist'. I live in the deepest south and I have seen more mixed marriages and less racism here than anywhere I've been out west or up north where there is a much higher concentration of 'progressives' or whatever we are calling them these days.
