Ireland comes to mind, until we joined the EU there was really only white Irish people living in Ireland. Things of course have changed and we are now a multicultural society.
However, there's a lot of inbred racism amongst many Irish, they hate anyone who's different and anyone who isn't white Irish.
It's the one thing that I really hate about my country. However, I think this small minded horrible thinking happens everywhere for different reasons.
From what I've seen on the internet I believe there are a lot of racists in Australia. (I don't want to elaborate on this)
