Here you go Libs. Ever occur this is why tear gas was fired?

Oh but wait the truth doesn't fit your narrative
Graylight51-55, F
We're not at war. Tear gas was used because the current administration treats anyone not American as less than human.
BlueRainF
They weren鈥檛 acting human. Tear gas was generous.

@Graylight [image deleted]Ignore them hun! Classic advertisements for sterilisation.
BlueRainF
Does anyone need to ask. The pics are obvious. When people act like animals, they are treated like animals.
BlueRainF
Good point. They acted worse than animals.
SW-User
@BlueRain Like humans, actually.

So interesting as well that no one talks about WHY this happened. Seems like the Mexican authorities decided to "scatter" the migrants, and some of them tried to cross over to get to safety, then, of course, we took the moral high ground and gassed them.
Mexican police, some wielding shields, scattered migrants and protesters, many of whom rushed toward the US border. US Customs and Border Protection officers repelled them with a volley of canisters emitting large clouds of gas as US and Mexican government helicopters clattered overhead.
@MarmeeMarch Because in Mexico there were police with batons and shields attacking them??? gee I wonder why they ran towards the US.

Maybe they didn't get that tweet trump sent out huh?
MarmeeMarchM
@Pherick they were warned - end of discussion
Pherick41-45, M

If I was unable to experience empathy I would probably have some of your opinions, too. The world must be an odd place for you and your sociopathic ilk.
TexChikF
馃憤馃徎... they need some water cannons to knock their asses off that wall and back into Mexico.
MarmeeMarchM
AAAAAnd they're off - get ready to pay their way on April 15th tax suckers !!!!!
QuixoticSoul41-45, M
@Jackaloftheazuresand Just because Illegal immigrants aren鈥檛 a drain on our tax coffers doesn鈥檛 mean that we need to open our borders or have unrestricted immigration. It just means people need to stop whining about their tax dollars when it comes to this topic.
Jackaloftheazuresand26-30, M
@QuixoticSoul The end does not justify the means, that is why you're going to keep hearing it
katielassF
@Jackaloftheazuresand If illegal aliens were good for the US calif wouldn't be in the shithole right now.
katielassF
Oh my, those people sure don't look like women and children. Oh wait, the imbedded reporters said women and children comprised less than 5% of the total.

@strongbow
You 're just as dumb as the other idiot quixsoul .. now take your lame attempt at a strawman argument and move along.. mmkay?
@strongbow:
So why the need to carry them if they are seeking "asylum"?... good god you people are dumb
My direct response to that:
Why would they hate their countries? Should the Italians in the US have stopped displaying Italian flags, just because Mussolini was an asshole? Seeking Asylum, if legitimate, means that you fear for your life, not that you hate your country.
Strawman definition:
A straw man is a common form of argument and is an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent's argument, while actually refuting an argument that was not presented by that opponent. One who engages in this fallacy is said to be "attacking a straw man."

The typical straw man argument creates the illusion of having completely refuted or defeated an opponent's proposition through the covert replacement of it with a different proposition (i.e., "stand up a straw man") and the subsequent refutation of that false argument ("knock down a straw man") instead of the opponent's proposition.
mmkay?
katielassF
@strongbow you hit the nail on the head there.
