(Paraphrasing, not quoting) Liberals who are always playing the race card do so out of guilt, and from the need to 'prove' their own innocence. He says that Hillary Clinton offers them innocence. She tells them that she is innocent, and that if they join her, THEY in turn will become innocent....a sort of expiation of their racial guilt.
He says that in fact, the democrats and the liberals wish to create a "victim class", because only by "saving" the victims of a victim class can they acheive power. He says that black people are actually no better off today in terms of real freedom, as members of the democratic party than they were when they were enslaved, because they are being kept in the "victim class".
He says that more black people are opening their eyes and realizing that they are being lied to, so a new victim class has to be created: illegal immigrants.
