Why is President Trump so unpopular ?

This is reality for the leftists. Polls are worthless, and predictions are worthless. When the left is putting out information, it's worthless. You have your feet firmly planted in an alternate universe. Trump is doing great and he is well liked by normal people. The noisy people are answering the polls. Nothing coming from the the hysterical anti Trump mob is anything close to the truth. Have fun.

Why? Hmmmmm?
1. He's a pathological liar.
2. He has no clue what he's doing....obviously. 97% of it has been stuck down as unconstitutional.
3. He's a complete racist.
4. He filled every cabinet post with someone who either wants that department gutted or done away with entirely.
5. After a year the only bill he's passed stuffed cash in his own pocket---but to pay the deficit caused by it he wants to gut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid--because the 1% don't need those things to survive. Only the 99% does.
6. He's played golf for more than 1/3 of his total days in office.
7. He's profitting from his postion in violation of the Emoluments Law.
8. He benefitted from Russian interference in our elections to win the election.
9. His only idea of governing is to undo anything done by the president before him---even the things that benefit Americans--the Clean Air Act, The Clean Streams Act..etc.
10. He's opened our national parks for the first time in history to mining and oil drilling--so his cronies can profit from OUR national heritage.
11. He's a white supremacist.
12. He disrespects anyone and everyone in America that he don't like. Tweets.
13. He's an obnoxious narrissicist.
14. He's a sexual abuser--and condones others in his party that does it too.
15. He cheats on his own taxes and brags about it.
16. He'll commit adultry with anyone who will let him--for free or for money.

I think it's simply a statement of how polarized politics is today.

I suspect that if he walked on water, someone would complain that his feet were dirty and he polluted the water.

He's deliberately polarizing, bigoted and spectacularly unqualified. And frankly, his narcissism is exhausting.

Beyond the parties, and the venom that they spit at each other, Donald Trump is simply a megalomaniac douche bag (long before he ran for president), and there are no two ways around that.

His ego prevents him from seeing it as anything other than fake news. He is unpopular, because the polls reflect the real national pulse, as opposed to the electoral college.

It was all fact checked on CNN and NBC, so it must be true.

Trump is lying every day, he is a racist, sexist and hypocrate and he acts like a child - of course not a well-behaved child, he acts like a little naughty brat. Enough reasons?

Have you taken an objective look at the news reporting? It is universally negative toward Trump. Don't blame Trump blame the 'establishment' that wants only its own in power. Trump will likely be one of the greatest presidents in US history.

It’s probably a combination of the things Trump clearly stands for (racism and xenophobia) and his lack of professionalism (name-calling, bragging and never taking personal responsibility, always blaming others).

Pretty obvious he is a YUGE threat to the status quo. Anyone entrenched in the Congressional swamp now knows they are a vulnerable target. Very few of us know just how entangled Congress, big corporations and lobbyists are who really decide how we live our lives. As long as you pretend you are happy they will continue to rape and pillage our government for their profit. WAKE UP! Schumer is a YUGE tool!
