I Lost Someone To Suicide

The day was January 16th, 1999. I've mentioned this before but I've never really gone into detail.

Basically one of my best friends was extremely depressed after trying but failing college. I was at her house trying to encourage her because I knew how she was feeling, and I heard a gunshot from the bathroom where she had gone to. I rushed over to it and very slowly opened the door which was coincidentally unlocked, and found her laying in her bathtub with a gun next to her. We had known each other for 6 years.

I blamed myself for a bit for not really looking out for her better, and to this day I still do from time to time...even over 21 years later.
