I don't understand how poor people or people who are rejected from jobs or neglected from society due to health issues or their identity can be proud

nationalists and think their country is all that... Like I get you don't care about anyone else but we're talking about your own self here, you basically don't live well in your own country and you're still stupid enough to believe you're from some superior nation and advanced civilization...

This seems like a generalization.

@MarkPaul I'm talking about a particular group of people 🤔

@HannibalAteMeOut A group of people in a generalized way. That's especially risky.

@MarkPaul tell me something more specific because I don't get it.

@HannibalAteMeOut When you choose to isolate a group of people into a "particular segment" you are basically ascribing to them a set of categorized behaviour as though everyone in that "group" thinks alike, eats the same food, dresses alike, and believes exactly the same way. That's risky to do. See now?

@MarkPaul yeah I agree, however this post isn't suggesting they are thinking alike, I'm just saying that if you're poor and basically aren't respected by your own country as a citizen, then what do you love so much about it and why do you think that country is greater than others?
