I Used to Be Depressed and Still Get Depressed Sometimes

I can never tell if it means that I still am depressed or just feel depressed from time to time. Well, the reason I'm depressed now isn't the same as it was a couple months ago so, maybe not? Idfk...

My opinion is that depression is so damn normal. I would like to meet a person who says "I have never been depressed, ever" ... a lot of times its hormonal or situational but in the end when they see the light at the end of the tunnel they go "wow, glad I survived that"

@JarJarBoom Yeah, you're probably right. It sucks but I guess it is pretty normal.
