The Railroad, they seemed to be the most noble. I just did my own thing mostly though and only used them for the parts I had to. I want to play through again and side with the Institute to be with my old clone son 😂 it's all we have left of him.

The Railroad.
Basically I resented having to take orders from someone known as Father, even if in a weird turn of events he was my own son.
I cooperated temporarily but eventually, when he was on his actual deathbed, I blew his head off with a shotgun after listening to him whine about me being a traitor. Then I took his clothing and left his headless corpse lying there in his underwear.
I gave his clothing to the person I had appointed as the doc in one of my settlements after blowing the Institute to smithereens.
🙂

I stopped at the point I had to decide. Brotherhood are too bigoted and the institute too morally compromised. I want to side with and reform the institute because I think they can do the best for recovering society, but I don't want the wasteland to hate me.
